分光光度法测定复方醋酸曲安奈德搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德的含量

Determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Liniments by Spectrophotometry

目的 测定复方醋酸曲安奈德搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德的含量。方法 采用分光光度法 ,测定波长为 485nm。结果 醋酸曲安奈德在 4.2 2～ 33.74μg·ml-1(r=0 .9998)范围内 ,吸收度值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,方法平均回收率为 99.82 % ,RSD为 0 .84% (n =6 )。结论 方法简便易行、快速、准确 。

Aim To determine the content of the Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Liniments.Methods Spectrophotometry was used and the detection wavelength was 485nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.22～33.74μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8) for Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate. The average recovery was 99.82% with RSD=0.84%(n).Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate for the determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Liniments.
