摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足发展过程中的血流变学异常。方法观察住院糖尿病足病人29例 ,分为A组病灶组14例及B组高危组15例 ,相同条件下行血流变学检查。结果血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原两项指标存在显著性差异 ,病灶组明显高于高危组。结论血流变学异常在糖尿病足发展过程中起重要作用 ,故改善血液流变性对糖尿病足治疗尤为重要。
Objective To discuss the hemodynamic abnormality in the deterioration of diabetic foot.Method 29 diabetic foot patients were divided into group A (the focus group with 14 patients) and group B (the high_dangerous group with 15 patients).The hemodynamic tests were applied to each case under the same conditions.Result The blood plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in group A are obviously higher than group B.Conclusion The hemodynamic abnormality has an important role in the deterioration of diabetic foot.It is crucial to improve hemodynamics in the treatment of diabetic foot.
