针挑疗法治疗难治性和顽固性消化性溃疡的临床研究

The clinical study of needle-pricking therapy in refractory and intractable peptic ulcer

目的探讨细针挑筋疗法治疗难治性和顽固性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法58例中应用细针挑筋疗法治疗(治疗组 )32例 ,药物治疗方法治疗 (对照组 )26例 ,通过临床症状 (以各种性质的中上腹疼痛伴有或不伴有嗳气、返酸为观察指标 )和胃镜检查 (以纤维胃镜检查见胃或十二指肠溃疡为观察指标 )对比观察。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为93 % ,溃疡愈合或缩小总有效率为90.6 % ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0.05)。结论细针挑筋疗法治疗难治性和顽固性消化性溃疡 ,与目前其它治疗方法比较 。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of fine needle_pricking therapy(FNPT)in refractory and intractable peptic ulcer(RIPU).Methods 58 patient with RIPU were divided into two groups. The treatment groups(32 cases)were treated with FNPT,the control groups were treated with medicine. The contrast observation were made through the clinical symptoms_to observe the pain of middle_upper abdomen with or without belching and return to acid;and gastrofiberscope examination_to observe the diagnosis of gastroscopy peptic ulcer.Results The total rate of improving clinical symptom was 93% in treatment group.The total rate of ulcer healing and shrinking was 90.6% in treatment group,it was significant difference compare with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The FNPT is more effective in petient with RIPU than other therapeutic methods.
