儿童常见先天性心脏病术后超早期出院分析

Analysis of very early discharge after operation in common children congenital heart disease

目的探讨儿童常见先天性心脏病(CHD)术后超早期出院方法 ,从而缩短住院时间 ,减轻经济负担。方法回顾1999年9月至2001年1月儿童CHD术后超早期出院33例的术中及围术期处理方法。结果全组术后第3～5天达要求出院 ,早期随访恢复良好 ,无并发症。结论提高术中及术后48小时以内处理技术 ,加强出院早期随访 。

Objective To discuss the way of very early discharge in commonly children congenital heart disease(CHD) after operation.Method 33 children of postoperative CHD discharge were reviewed in perioperative managment between September, 1999 and January, 2001. Result The cases were discharged from hospitl between 3 and 5 day after operation, without morbidity. Conclusion The patients of postoperative common CHD with very early discharge are safe. But Perioperative management are improved in 48 hours and follow_up system must be emphasized [
