新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿中NO和Mg^(2+)含量变化及意义 被引量:2

Changes and Significance of NO and Mg^(2+) Concentration in Neonate Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

摘要 目的 为了探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血浆和脑脊液 (CSF)中的一氧化氮 (NO)含量和血浆镁离子(Mg2 + )变化及其与 HIE不同时期和不同程度间的相关关系。方法 对 HIE患儿第 3天的 CSF的 NO和 HIE患儿的初入院 (出生 2 h内 )、第 1天、第 3天、恢复期的血浆和轻、中、重度 HIE患儿血浆中的 NO和 Mg2 + 进行检测 ,并与正常对照组比较 ;分析 NO、Mg2 + 在它们当中变化的原因和意义。结果  HIE患儿第 1天血浆中 NO含量最高 ,而 Mg2 + 的含量最低。初入院、第 1天、第 3天血浆中 NO、Mg2 + 含量与正常对照组对比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,而恢复期中NO、Mg2 + 含量与正常对照组对比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;HIE第 3天的 CSF中 NO与血浆中的 NO浓度呈正相关 ,病情越重 NO浓度越高。结论  NO、Mg2 + 参与 HIE的整个发病过程 ,NO、Mg2 + 在新生儿 HIE中起着的重要作用 ,检测血浆和 CSF中 NO含量、血浆 Mg2 + 水平有助于判断 HIE患儿病变程度。 Objective To study the expression of the nitric oxide(NO) and Mg 2+ion in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and the relations among their expressions in different periods and degrees of HIE.Methods Tested the concentrations of NO and Mg 2+ in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days and in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant(within 2 hours),1 day,3 days and restoring stage and Compared with them of normal contrast term.Analysed the reasons and significance of NO and Mg 2+ changes.Results The NO concentration is the highest in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE 1 day,but the Mg 2+ concentration is the lowest.There are significant differences (P<0.01 orP<0.05) after comparing the NO concentrations and the Mg 2+ concentrations in plasmas of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant, 1 day, 3 days with of normal contrast team respectively.But there isn't significant difference (P>0.05) between them in plasmas of restoring stage and of normal contrast team.There is positive correlation between the NO concentration in plasma and in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days. The more serious the disease is,the higher the NO concentration is.Conclusion NO and Mg 2+ play along with the course of HIE and play a important role in neonate HIE.Testing the concentration of NO and Mg 2+in plasma and in CSF can also help to judge the degree of disease.
