保定、深圳、福州三城市社区健康教育调查报告 被引量:5

摘要 目的 了解保定、深圳、福州三城市社区健康教育现状、经验、问题 ,提出发展建议。方法 采取查资料、听汇报、看现场、个别访谈、小组访谈等方法 ,对 1 6个社区卫生服务中心、84名医护人员和群众进行调查。结果 社区健康教育的组织形式依附于社区卫生服务中心 ,由于运行机制的一些问题 ,导致中心重视有经济收入的工作 ,轻健康教育 ;社区健康教育还处于一般的卫生宣传阶段 ,还未融入预防、医疗、保健、康复、计划生育技术服务工作之中而形成“六位一体”。但有 1 0 %的中心探索出了比较成功的经验。结论 搞好社区健康教育首先要建设好中心 ;其次要培训全科医生 ;第三要增加政府投入 ;第四要发挥各级健康教育机构的指导作用 ;第五要尽早编写通俗易懂、便于操作的社区健康教育工作指南 ,供社区医护人员学习和使用。 Objective To understand the current status of, and experience and problem in community health education in Baoding, Shenzhen, and Fuzhou, and advance relevant proposals Methods Sixteen community health education centers and 84 health workers and common people in these three cities were interviewed individually or in groups Relevant materials were consulted On-site observation was carried out Reports were heard Results Community health education units were established in community health service centers in these three cities Most of the community health service canters laid stress upon such work with obvious economic benefit and belittle health education that they considered as without obvious economic benefit Community health education there was still At the level of general health publicity, and had not been integrated with prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, family planning service to form a 'six-in-one' service system However, 10% of the centers had accumulated their own useful experience Conclusion In order to improve community health education, what is to done includes: 1) to establish the community health service center, 2) train qualified general practitioners, 3) increase governmental investment, 4) make the health education institutions at different levels fulfil their guiding function, and 5) compile health education work guidance easy to understand and operate for community health workers
