摘要
目的 观察在不同温度微波的作用下,胆管的病理形态学改变,探讨以微波治疗胆管癌的安全剂量。方法用手术方法将微波辐射器置于犬胆管内,以不同温度对胆管腔进行加热。于术后不同时间将犬处死并取材,用光镜和电镜观察胆管的组织学变化。结果 微波在43℃温度下,作用30分钟,胆管组织内可有白细胞浸润,而在45℃,作用30分钟,则见胆管粘膜上皮细胞变性坏死,病理损伤严重。结论 温度在43℃,持续30分钟,可能是微波治疗胆管癌较为安全的剂量。
Objective To observe the pathological morphological changes of canine bile duct caused by the action of different temperature microwave and to study the safe dose for the application of microwave to treatment of bile duct carcinoma. Methods Single meedle microwave antena was inserted into canine bile duct by surgical operation to apply hyperthermia to the bile duct cavity with different temperatures. The canines were killed and the samples were collectedat different times after the operation. The changes of bile duct tissue were observedwith light and electron microscopies. Results White blood cells were found to infiltrate into the tissue of the bile duct under microwave at 43℃ for 30 minutes. The mucosal epithelial cells of the bile duct were found degen-eratrd and necrostic at 45℃ for 30 minutes. The pathological injuries were severe. Conclusions Heating of 43℃ for 30 minutes may be the safer dose to treat bile duct carcinoma with microwave.
