六种中草药对深部感染真菌的体外抑菌效果

Bacteriostatic efficacy about external test of six sorts of Chinese herbal medcines on deep infection fungus

探讨中草药对白色念珠菌和新生隐球菌的抑菌作用。方法 :用琼脂平板扩散法、琼脂平板连续稀释法。结果 :黄莲、知母、七叶一枝花、黄芩、大黄、五蓓子对上述两菌均具抑菌作用 ,抑菌圈直径在 16～ 4 2mm不等。这些药物对白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC ,mg/ml)分别为 5.0 ,14.2 9,10 .0 ,2 0 .0 ,10 0 .0 ,10 0 .0 ;对新型隐球菌的MIC为 :3.88,8.33,16.67,10 .0 ,2 5.0 ,10 .0。结论 :黄莲、知母、七叶一枝花等六种中草药对白色念珠菌和新型隐球菌体外试验具有较强的抑菌作用 ,其中黄莲的抑菌作用最强 ,抑菌圈最大 。

Objective:To discuss bacteriostatic effect of Chinese herbal medicine on Candida albicans and Cryptococus neoformans.Methods:By means of agar plate diffusions and agar plat continuously dilution.Results:All of the six sorts of Chinese herbal medicines,Coptis polyphylla Smith,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,paris polyphylla Smith,Scutellaria baialensis Georgi,Rheum officinale Barll,Rhus chinensis Mill can inhibit both Candida albicans and Cryptococus neoformans.The diameter size of circle of inhibition mentioned above organism is 16-42mm.The respective of minimal inhibitive concentration(MIC,mg/ml) of these drugs on Candida albicans is 5.0,14.29,10.0,20.0,100.0,100,0 and that on Cryptococus neoformans is 3.88,8.33,16.67,10.0,25.0,10,0,Conclusion:Six sorts of Chinese herbal medicine have strong bacteriostatic effect on candida albicans and Cryptococus neoformans.Among them,the bacteriostatic efficacy of Coptic chinensis Franch is the strongest,circle of bacteriostatic of it is the largest,the MIC of it is the lowest.
