不同激发方式和激发时间对感传效果的影响

Iufluence of Different Models and Time of Stimulation to Propagated Sensation Along Meridians

将 90例成人受试者随机分成手法激发组、电针激发组和留针对照组各 3 0例 ,针刺足少阳胆经光明穴 ,分别记录在针后第 5、1 0、1 5、2 0、2 5、3 0 min末针感到达的部位及循行路线。结果显示 :3组中手法组感传效果最佳 ,电针组次之 ,而留针组最差 ,差异具有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5)。而随着感传激发时间的递增 ,感传效果也相应地提高 ,差异具有高度显著性 ( P<0 .0 1 )。提示采用手法激发和相应地延长激发时间可以提高感传激发效果。

adults were divided into three groups:manipulation stimulation group(A),elector acupuncture stimulation group(B),keeping acupuncture group(C).Point GB37(GUANGMING)was punctured,and then the exact part and route of needing sensation along the Gall bladder channel of foot SHAOYANG 5,10,15,20,25,30 minutes after acupunction were recorded respectively.The results showed that the effects of propagated sensation in A group were the best,B group the second,and C group the third.There were significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The effects of propagated sensation were increased along with the lasting of stimulation time(P<0.01).It indicates that the effects of propagated sensation could be improved by the way of manipulation stimulation and accordingly lasting time.
