茵陈蒿对实验性食道肿瘤大鼠P^(53)和cdk_2表达的影响

为研究中药茵陈蒿的抗肿瘤作用机理 ,观察了茵陈蒿水煎剂对实验性食道肿瘤大鼠病变组织 P53和cdk2 表达的影响。结果表明 ,肿瘤大鼠食道组织 P53 、cdk2 表达增高 ,而饮用茵陈蒿水煎剂各组 P53 、cdk2 的表达均不同程度受到抑制。提示茵陈蒿水煎剂对 P53 、cdk2 的表达有下调作用。

To study the anti tumor mechanism of Herba Artemisiae Scoparia,the effects of its decoction on P\+\{53\} and cdk\-2 express of pathological issue of experimental esophageal tumor rats were observed.The results showed that the P\+\{53\} and cdK\-2 express were increased in the tumor model group,while inhibited to some extent in the different Herba Artemisiae Scoparia decoction groups.It indicates that Herba Artemisiae Scoparia decoction has the effects on decrease of P\+\{53\} and cdK\-2 express.
