摘要
单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)自70年代末用于临床以来已有了迅速的发展 ,它与普通的γ照相机平面像相比固然有许多优点(如可提高对比分辨 ,确定病变部位 ,提供定量信息等) ,但若质量控制不好 ,条件选择不当它又会引起许多误差、伪影。本文将探讨SPECT伪影的识别和消除。
Single photon emission computer tomography(SPECT)has been rapidly developed since it has been used in clinical practice at the end of 1970s.It does has many advantages comparing with common γ camera plane image(e.g,to promote the contrast differences,to define the location of the lesion,to supply the quantitative information,etc.),but if the quality can not be well controlled or the condition can not be chosen properly,then it may produce many errors or artifacts.This article will discuss the identification and management of artifact in SPECT imaging.
