多甙冲剂治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床观察

A clinical observation of oral lichen planus treated with duodai granule

目的 为探讨多甙冲剂治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效 ,选用多甙冲剂进行临床观察。方法 将 70例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组 ,观察组 40例采用多甙冲剂治疗 ,对照组 30例采用复方丹参治疗。结果 两组的痊愈率及复发率比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 使用多甙冲剂从免疫调节及补充微量元素的方向 。

ObjectiveTo study the curative effects of Duodai Granule (Threewingnut root) used to treat oral lichen planus.Methods70 of patients with oral lichen planus were divided into 2 groups: 40 of them as experimental group treated with Duodai Granule and the rest 30 as controls treated with Composite Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Pills.ResultsThere were significant differences in healing rate and reoccurrence rate between the 2 groups ( P <0.01). ConclusionDuodai Granule is effective in improving the immunity so as to be effective in healing oral lichen planus.
