摘要
目的 探讨护士心理健康状况及对策。方法 应用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )和社交回避及苦恼量表 (SAD)对 2 5 2名护士进行了问卷调查。结果 不良心理反应占 96 .4% ,居前 10位的阳性反应项目中以躯体不适 ,人际关系敏感和焦虑为主 ;基层医院护士SCL -90评分总分、总均分及各因子均分普遍比二级医院高 ,经t检验均P <0 .0 0 1,具有显著性差异。结论 护士易产生心理失衡的原因是在工作中经常面对来自方方面面的冲突。应采取有效的策略进行干预 ,防止进一步升级使护士心理失衡。使护士以最佳的心理状态为个人。
Objective To investigate the efect of nurse's psychological state on successive nursing, Methods Using SCL-90 and SAD, we interviewed 252 nurses. Results The results showed that many nurses to some extent had problems of psychological health. Conclusion The cause of nurse's psychological imbalance is that they often face conflicts from various sides while working. Thus the nursing managers should pay attention to these conflicts, intervene in it with effective stategy and guard against its getting worse. We should ensure that nurses provide all-round and successive nursing servce for individual, family and society with the best psychological state.
