脑梗塞病人瘫痪肢体的康复护理

Rehabilitative nursing of cerebral infarction patients with the paralytic limbs

目的 探索一套科学、实用、行之有效的脑梗塞病人偏瘫肢体的康复护理方法。方法 选取 32例脑梗塞偏瘫患者按制定的康复计划予以训练 ,对比护理前后患者肌力变化。结果 所有瘫痪肢体肌力均得到了不同程度的改善 ,有效率为 10 0 % ,入院和出院时肌力比较有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 通过训练 ,增强了病人战胜疾病的信心 。

Objective To improve effect and pace of rehabilitation of the paralytic limbs by cerebral infarction and seek scientific, practical and effective nursing methods. Methods 32 cerebral infarction cases in our unit, male 26 and female 6, were selected on condition of myodynamic decrease in diseased limbs. After and before they received training according to the rehabilitation procedures we designed, their myodynamic was examined and recorded respectively and then compared. Results The myodynamic in all of the paralytic limbs was improved to various extents, effective rate reaching 100%. After training, the patients regained their strong confidence in rehabilitation. Conclusion The rehabilitative nursing of cerabral infarction patients in the paralytic limbs is effective in improving the myodynamic in the paralytic limb. It can improve the living quality of patients.
