593例健康老年前期和老年期男性血脂现状的调查

Plasma lipids and lipoproteins in 593 healthy men aged 45 and over

目的 分析本市 5 93例 45岁以上健康男性的血脂现状。 方法 采用标准化方法测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)。 结果 健康老年前期和老年期男性TC、TG、HDL C、LDL C均值分别为 4 84和 5 0 3、1 5 1和 1 46、1 0 5和 1 18、3 0 8和 3 11(mmol·L-1)。TC、TG和LDL C在 70～ 74岁组达到高峰。老年期TC、HDL C明显高于老年前期。两者高TC血症、高TG血症、混合性高脂血症及低HDL C血症检出率分别为 14 5 %和 2 3 3 %、10 3 %和 12 6%、18 8%和 15 1%、15 4%和 6 9% ,血脂异常总检出率为 5 9 0 %和 5 8 0 %。 结论 本组健康老年前期和老年期男性血脂异常检出率较高 ,提示该组人群动脉粥样硬化及心脑血管事件的危险性增高 。

Objective To study the characteristics of plasma lipids and lipoproteins in 593 healthy men aged 45～93 years in Shanghai. Methods Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),HDL cholesterol(HDL C)and LDL cholesterol(LDL C)were determined with the standardized methods. Results Mean values of TC,TG,HDL C and LDL C in healthy men aged 45～59 and 60～93 years were 4 84 vs 5 03 mmol·L -1 ,1 51 vs 1 46 mmol·L -1 ,1 05 vs 1 18 mmol·L -1 ,and 3 08 vs 3 11 mmol·L -1 ,respectively.Peak values of TC,TG and LDL C were found in men aged 70～74 years.The levels of TC and HDL C were significantly higher in the 60～93 years′ group than those in the 45～59 years′.The prevalence of hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,combined hyperlipidemia and hypo HDL cholesterolemia in two groups (45～59 years and 60～93 years)were 14 5% vs 23 3%,10 3% vs 12 6%,18 8% vs 15 1%,and 15 4% vs 6 9%,dyslipemia in total were 59 0% vs 58 0%,respectively. Conclusions The prevealence of dyslipemia was similarly high in both healthy men aged 45 and over,which may further increase the risk of cardiovascular events.A reasonable intervention strategy should be applied.
