连枷胸并多发伤的救治

The emergency treament of flail chest with multiple injuries

本文报告 2 6例连枷胸并多发伤的救治。作者提出 :( 1 )正确判断伤情 ,优先处理致命伤是挽救患者生命的重要环节 ;( 2 )控制反常呼吸、通畅气道是抢救连枷胸成功的重要措施 ;( 3 )粗管闭式引流对血气胸患者有重要疗效。

The emergency treatment of 26 patients with flail chest with multiple injuries is reported in this paper.The author considers:(1)It is important to accurately judge the condition and give priority to resolve lethal injury for rescuing a patient;(2)Controlling reverse respiration and keeping air tract unobstructed are effective measure for emergency treatment of flail chest;(3)Closed thoracic drainage with a larger tube is effective to hemopneumothorax.
