摘要
选用粒重对籽粒灌浆期弱光适应能力不同的 4个典型小麦品种 (系 ) ,分析研究了籽粒灌浆期弱光和人为阶段性遮荫对各品种 (系 )千粒重、阶段灌浆速率、旗叶光合速率、花后 14 C同化物分配及开花前积累的干物质再分配状况的影响。结果表明 ,灌浆期弱光不敏感品种 (系 )的突出特点是 ,解除遮荫后的籽粒平均灌浆速率具有较强的补偿性增长效应。其原因可归结为开花前较多的干物质积累 。
Four wheat cultivars with different adapability to low light intensity was used to investigate the effects with or without shading during grain filling on grain weight, grain filling rate, photosynthetic rate of flag leaf, distribution of 14 C assimilates after anthesis and partition of dry matter before anthesis. The results indicated that the wheat cultivars whose grain weight was insensitive to low light intensity during grain filling had higher compensatory increase in grain filling rate after the shading removed. The main reasons were more accumulation of dry matter before anthesis, higher photosynthetic rate during grain filling especially under shading and compensatory increase of 14 C assimilates translocated into grain.
