摘要
以Cr2 O3为指示物 ,测定了中间球海胆 (Strongylocentrotusintermedius)对两个系列共 6组配合饲料和作为其主要原料的 4种单一饲料的蛋白质消化率和总消化率。结果表明 :无论蛋白质消化率还是总消化率 ,单一饲料中豆粕粉 (分别为 80 6%和 43 4% )均显著地 (P <0 0 1 )高于鱼粉 (分别为 63 0 %和 35 8% ) ;配合饲料中A1 号饲料 (分别为 70 4%和 51 3% )显著高于其它 5组 (P <0 0 5)。在 1 4~ 2 0℃范围内 ,海胆对配合饲料的消化率随着温度的升高而增大。
Apparent digestibility of protein and total dry matter of six artificially prepared diets of two series and four feed ingredients were determined on sea urchin (\%Strongylocentrotus intermedius\%) by using chromic oxide (Cr 2 O 3 ) as an indicator. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of protein and total dry matter for sea urchin on soybean meal (which were 80 6% and 43 4%,respectively) were significantly higher than that of fish meal (which were 63 0% and 35 8%,respectively)(\%P\%<0 01); A 1 (which were 70 4% and 51 3%, respectively) were significantly higher than other prepared diets (\%P\%<0 05) The apparent digestibility of sea urchin on prepared diets increased with the increase in temperature from 14℃ to 20℃
