Production technique for high quality wet progress fiberboard with high density and symmetric sectional structure

采用湿法中密度纤维板生产工艺 ,制造断面结构对称、平衡、刚性好、不易变形的公称厚度为 8mm的优质高密度纤维板 .其质量性能指标达到 :密度 >0 .9g/cm3,含水率 <2 % ,静曲强度 >42Mpa ,弹性模量 >50 0 0Mpa ,吸水率 <9% ,厚度膨胀率 <8% .

By use of the wet progress MDF,fiberboard with high quality and high density,8cm thick,with symmetric sectional structure,good rigidity and not easy to cause deformation is produced. Its quality performance indexes are: density>0.9 g/cm 3, moisture content<2%,static bending strongth>42 Mpa , modulus of elasticity(MOD)>5 000 Mpa , water absorption<9%,thickness swelling content<8%.
