摘要
研究了 3个品种小麦开花后 ,旗叶硝酸还原酶 (NR)活性变化、旗叶衰老及其与籽粒增重的关系。结果表明 ,小麦开花后 ,NR活性首先升高然后再下降 ;NR的活性与籽粒粒重之间相关不显著。但NR活性变化与籽粒灌浆速率间显著相关 ;旗叶衰老 ,旗叶叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和绿叶面积与籽粒增重显著负相关。皖麦 18、蒲麦 84 4 1开花后植株早衰明显 ,千粒重低 ;矮旱 781植株衰老较慢 ,千粒重高。
The paper studied the relation among flag leaf senescence, nitrate reductase (NR) of flag leaf and kernel weight of Pumai8441?Wanmai18 and Aihan781 after blooming. The results indicated that after wheat flowering NR activity was not closely related to the kernel weight; however, the change of NR activity was closely related to the kernel growth rate, and there were also close relation between flag leaf senescence and kernel weight of three varieties of wheat. The slowing down of increment of kernel weight resulted from the senescence of flag leaf and the NR activity change .The ageing speed of Aihan 781 was slower than that of Pumai8441 and Wanmai18,and its kernel weight was also higher.
