波尔山羊超数排卵技术研究

Study on Superovulated Technology of Boer Goats

为了提高波尔山羊的繁殖力 ,对 6 7只波尔山羊进行了同期发情和超数排卵研究。结果表明 :经产母羊的未受精卵率极显著 (P <0 .0 1)低于初产母羊 ,经产母羊的可用胚平均数高于初产母羊 ,而未受精卵平均数则低于初产母羊 ,说明经超排后 ,经产母羊排出的卵子质量要好于初产母羊 ,这两项指标差异均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;初产母羊的采卵平均数 ,同期发情率高于经产母羊 ,但差异也均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,说明初产母羊对超排药物的繁感性较经产母羊好。此外 ,试验还表明 ,超排母羊发情推迟 ,会严重影响波尔山羊的超排效果。

In order to improve the reproductive ability of Boer goats,the method of synchronous estrus and superovulation was applied to 67 Boer goats.The results showed that the percentage of unfertilized eggs of multiparous ewes was extremely difference from that of primiparous ewes(P<0.01);The average number of transferable embryos of multiparous ewes was higher than that of primiparous ewes,but the average number of unfertilized eggs of multiparous ewes was lower than that of primiparous ewes.It showed that the quality of multiparous ewes ,eggs was better than that of primiparous ewes.The two indexes between multiparous and primiparous ewes were not significant difference(P>0.05).The total number of collected eggs and the percentage of synchronous estrus of primiparous ewes was higher than those of multiparous ewes,but there was not significant difference(P>0.05).It showed that the sensitivity of superovulated medicine for primiparous ewes was better than that for multiparous ewes.Moreover,once estrus of superovulated ewes was delayed,the superovulated effect of Boer goats was seriously influenced.
