摘要
用 7个不同类型的两用不育系与 9个具有广亲和性的父本按NCⅡ设计配成 6 3个F1组合 ,方差分析结果表明 :在不育系中粳型品种垩白米率和垩白大小两个性状的配合力都呈较大的负值 ,而籼型品种则呈较高的正值 ,但父本并不如此。各组合两个性状的配合力 ,籼 /粳 (或粳 /籼 )交大都呈较大的负值 ,籼 /爪或粳 /爪交双向值同时并存 ,故开展亚种间杂交有利于获得垩白品质性状较好的组合。通过比较与综合评价 ,不育系 70 0 1S、 5 0 4 7S和 31111S以及父本培C311、CY85 4 3、轮回 4 2 2都是较为理想的亲本材料 ,以这些亲本为育种材料较易获得小垩白或是低垩白米率的杂种F1代。
The combining Ability in chalkiness of 63 hybrid F1s from 7 PGMS lines crossed with 9 wide compatible varieties in NC II model were studied. The results showed that combining ability in the ratio of chalky rice and chalkiness score in Japonica PGMS lines was a comparatively big negative value; but in Indica PGMS lines, great positive value. The combining ability in chalkiness of F1s from Indica×Japonica (or Japonica×Indica) showed great negative value. Thus, the combination with a good chalkiness character was likely to be obtained from the method of Indica-Japonica crossing breeding, and female-parents 7001S, 5047S, 31111S and male-parents Pei C311, CY8543, Lunhui 422 were suitable for improvement of chalkiness of two-line hybrid rice.
