摘要
综述了水稻品种对白背飞虱、褐飞虱、二化螟、三化螟、稻瘿蚊和黑尾叶蝉的抗性遗传育种及其应用方面的研究 ,并介绍了转基因抗虫水稻的研究进展。利用筛选出的抗源培育出了不少单抗或兼抗的优良品种。在实际应用中水稻抗虫性可与其它防治方法 (生物防治、化学防治等 )相结合 ,效果会更好。
The paper summarized the recent achievement on the inheritance and breeding of rice varietal resistance to the whitebacked planthopper (Sogatella furcifera), the brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens), the striped stemborer (Chilo suppressalis), yellow stemborer (Scirphaga incertulas), gall midge (Orseolia oryzae) and green leafhopper (Nephotettix virescens) and the development of transgenic insect-resistant rice. Using the screened resistant rice varieties, many improved cultivars have been bred with the resistance to one or more insect pests. In practice, better results can be obtained in the combination of rice resistance and other control (biological control and chemical control).
