通过对福建省近年来的森林资源资产评估的实践过程中存在问题及其存在原因的分析 ,并提出其解决途径及有益的建议。力图对森林资源资产评估的管理与理论方法及技术研究有所帮助并为主管部门决策提供参考。

This paper analyzed the problems and their reasons in the process of forest resources asset evaluation in Fujian province in recent years. The solutions and significant suggestions were put forward to benefit the management and theoretical method and technical research of the forest resources asset evaluation. The study also provided the references for the decision of management section.
