摘要
本文首先对企业文化的内涵进行了探讨 ,并指出了进行林业企业文化建设的必要性。文章在分析当前林业企业文化建设中存在的主要问题后 ,提出了有针对性的建设思路。
The paper study on the connotation of corporate cultures firstly,and point out that it is necessary to set up forestry corporate cultures. Through the analysis of the problem of forestry corporate cultures existing now,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
