摘要
本文通过对林种树种结构的调整 ,改革林场旧的管理体制 ,建立新的管理体制 ,促进林杨的可持续经营。解放林场职工的思想 ,更换其观念 ,充分调动其积极性 ,使林场由单一的经济管理模式向混合型经济管理模式转化。
Through the adjustment of the forestry structure, reform the old management system of the forestry centre and build up the new management system, then accelerate the sustainable management of the forest centre. Emancipated the ideas of the forestry centre's employees, replaced their concept and mobilized their sufficiency positivity, the forestry centre transforms from the simple mode of economic management into the complex mode of economic management.
