8 0年代中期以后 ,发展中国家对外直接投资出现了加速增长的趋势 ,特别是一些新兴工业化国家和地区的对外直接投资投向了发达国家 ,并成为当地企业有力的竞争对手。我国作为一个发展中大国 ,境外直接投资的发展却很不相称 ,原因之一就是存在一个理论误区 ,原有理论不适合作为发展我国对外投资的理论基础。“比较差异理论”

Since the middle of eighties,the increase in Abroad Direct Investment in developing countries has been accelerated.Some new and expanding industrial countries and regions have invested directly to the developed countries and been some powerful opponents.But China's Abroad Direct Investment is not worthy of a huge developing country.One of the important reasons is that the former theory is no longer fit for China.'Comparative Difference Theory'is the basis for China's Abroad Direct Investment.
