The small medium enterprises have played a very important role in the social and economic development in Yunnan.With the deepening reform and liberalization,the implementation of the development strategies of western China and China's entry into WTO,the development room for small medium enterprises will be more and more broad and then the economic environment will be more and more complicated.To overcome the difficulties,meet the challenges and grasp the opportunities,it seems more pressing to study the measures and suggestions on the reform and development of small medium enterprises in Yunnan.
