按照江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想 ,高校要代表中国先进文化的前进方向 ,关键在于加强师德建设。从建设有中国特色社会主义文化的要求出发 ,探讨当代师德的内涵和基本构成 ,分析当前师德建设中存在的问题 。

According to comrade Jiang zhemin's Three Representatives,what counts is to enhance the establishment of teaching profession for colleges and universities to represent the advancement of China's advanced culture.The author,from the requirement of constructing the socialist culture with Chnia's own characteristics,probes into the connotation and basical structures of modern teaching profession,analyses the problems existed in the establishment of teaching profession,and suggests the ways to enhance the establishment under the new situation.
