超抗原SEB与MDV对雏鸡胸腺细胞IL-2生成能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将 1日龄雏鸡分组接种高剂量金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素 (SEB) 1ng/只、低剂量SEB 0 .0 1ng/只和马立克氏病病毒(MDV)京 - 1株 ,分别于接种后 1,5 ,10 ,15 ,2 0 ,2 5d ,应用MTT法检测雏鸡胸腺细胞IL - 2的生成能力。结果表明 ,高、低浓度SEB对IL - 2生成有不同影响 ,高剂量SEB诱导其短暂升高 ,而低剂量SEB诱导其大幅升高且持续时间较长 ,而MDV明显降低胸腺IL - 2的生成能力。其原因可能是高剂量SEB诱导雏鸡胸腺细胞VβT细胞增殖后的细胞凋亡和免疫无反应性 ,低剂量SEB促进IL - 2生成 ;对感染MDV11日龄雏鸡接种SEB 0 .1ng/只后 ,可降低死亡率 。 One day old chicken was injected high concentration of SEB(1 ng/chicken),low concentration SEB (0.01 ng/chicken) and MDV J-1 straininto abdomen cavity,The ability of IL-2 Production in Chickenthymocyte cell was measured by MTT method at 1,5,10,15,20 and 25 days Post injection(PI).The result demonstrated that high and lowconcentration of SEB had made different effects on the thymus IL-2 production.The High SEB only induced a transient IL-2 production at 1 da PI,But low concen-tration of SEB induced a long time IL-2 production up and high breadth.After chicken was infected by MDV,the IL-2 prduction in thymus was depressed significantly.The reasons of theseresults suggest that SEB in ligh concentration can induce V β cellapoptosis after a tranisent prolife to annergy SEB in low concentrationpromote chicken thymus cell to produce more IL-2.When MDV infectedchicken was injected 0.1 ng SEB at 11 days PI,reduce the mortality from MDV infection (15/20→4/10).It is possible that SEB might be benifit torise the resistance of MDV at some concentration range.
