青海省德令哈地区黄牛乳蛋白的多态性

Polymorphism of Milk in Delingha Zone Yellow Cattle of Qinghai Province

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对73头青海省德令哈地区黄牛乳中4种乳蛋白的多态性进行了研究。结果发现：α－乳白蛋白，β－乳球蛋白，αS1－酪蛋白和β－酪蛋白都存在多态性；德令哈地区本地黄牛乳蛋白的多态性特征与杂种黄牛相似；在β－CN基因座上发现新等位基因β－CNF。

73 yellow cattle in Delingha zone Qinghai province were used to investigate the polymorphism of four milk proteins in the milk by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis． The results were as follows: There was a polymorphism on the loci of α－lactalbumin, β－lactoglobulin, αS1－casein and β－casein． The polymorphic characters of milk proteins in Delingha native yellow cattle were similar with those in crossbred yellow cattle．
