Key Technique in 2000 A/2500V GTO Application

为了使“城市轨道车辆 4象限斩波调速电传动系统”所用的 2 0 0 0 A/2 5 0 0 V GTO器件可靠地工作 ,根据该 GTO器件的相关参数 ,提出了其驱动电路、吸收电路应达到的参数要求 ,并对所设计的具体的吸收电路进行了说明 ,最后给出了试验结果 .

In order to ensure the reliable operation of 2 000 A/2 500 V GTO in the application of“Four quadrant chopper speed adjustable electric drive system for urban rail vehicle”, the parameter requirements for its drive circuit and snubber circuit are presented based on the relevant parameters of the 2000A/2500VGTO. The snubber circuit is also described. Test results are given.
