摘要
利用 30KeV低能氮离子在 3× 10 15~ 3× 10 17N+ ·cm-2 剂量范围内对大豆进行了离子注入 ,并用电泳结合薄层扫描的方法对其酯酶同功酶的相对活性进行了测定 .结果表明 ,其变化为升 降 升 降的振荡型变化趋势 .真空对照样品的电泳结果显示 。
Soybeans were implanted by 30 KeV N + between the dosage of 3×10 15 ~3×10 17 N +·cm -2 ,and the relative activity of the sample’s estase isoenzymes was tested by combining electrophoresis with thin layer scanning.The results showed that the changes took on vibrating shaped curves.But the vacuum control sample’s electrophoresis result showed that the activity of estarase isoenzymes had the tendency of increasing with the changing of the time of vacuum.
