摘要
采用多种方法提取粗蜂胶中的有效成分 ,结果表明最佳工艺条件为 :将 95%乙醇与粗蜂胶按体积比 4∶1的配比进行回流抽提 ,提取温度 85℃ ,过滤后回收乙醇得蜂胶浸膏 ;用低温乙醇溶解法精制蜂胶 ,使浸膏中蜂蜡含量从 2 .13%降至 0 .50 % ,得到高品质蜂胶。
Through sets of methods adopted to extract activity ingredients in raw propolis, the best extracting technique was determined.Mix the alcohol with propolis in the ratio 4∶1 ,and then go on cycling flow extraction. After filter, evaporate and recover the alcohol. Then, the iced alcohol dissolution method was applied,making beeswax content decrease from 2.13% to 0.50%. Finished high quality propolis was got.
