摘要
依据对离心叶轮内三维流场的数值研究,对某离心叶轮进行了改进设计.对于改进前后的叶轮内流动性能,运用有限元素法进行通流的三维气动计算和分析对比.计算结果表明,改进设计叶轮较原设计叶轮的流动性能有较大提高.
ased on numerical experiment of three-dimensional internal flow field, a centrifugalimpeller is redesigned. The flow performances of pre-and-after redesign are analysed withfinite element method. The calculating results indicate that the behaviour of the redesignedimpeller is better than that of the old impeller.
