小企业特别是科技型小企业是我国社会经济发展的一支重要力量。本文从加快产权制度改革、拓宽小企业融资渠道、建立健全社会化服务体系、构筑新型激励机制等四个方面 ,对发展我国科技型小企业的对策和措施进行了探讨。

This text has been studied the questions which include property right system, credit extending channel, social service system and new-type incentive mechanism. Then the text has proposed developing the countermeasure measure of the small enterprise of our country.
