现金是基础货币重要的组成部分 ,也是货币供应量中最活跃的一个层次。本文通过对德国、意大利货币流通与反洗钱制度的考察 ,提出了改进中国货币流通管理和建立反洗钱制度的一些对策措施。

The currency in circulation is the component parts of basic monetary, also the most active level of monetary aggregates. Authors make some suggestions about improving China's monetary circulation management and building against money-laundry system, through observing on monetary circulation and against money-laundry system in Germany and Italy.
