公司占据了经济生活的中心地位 ,导致公司接管活动及相关行为对社会经济生活诸方面发生重要影响 ,其中尤以对双方公司股东利益影响最直接和最剧烈。股东是公司的产生之源 ,是公司存在的基础 ,如何公正保护公司接管活动中股东的利益 ,对公司健康发展至为重要。
The corporations hold the center of economic life,thus taking over the listing company and related actions exert an important influence on socioeconomic life in every aspect,among them in the most direct and fierce way.Shareholders are the sources of the existence of corporations,and also the founders and investors of corporations.How to protect the interests of shareholders fairly is the key point to the sound development of corporations.
