Social Economic Policy during American Golden Times

由于复杂的社会政治经济因素 ,美国政府在镀金时代推行了自由放任的社会经济政策。它一方面促进了美国经济的迅速发展 ,另一方面也产生了一系列的不良后果 ,导致美国社会动荡不安 ,削弱了美国经济进一步发展的基础。随着美国从自由资本主义向垄断资本主义的过渡 ,自由放任的社会经济政策失去了其存在的社会基础 ,美国政府陆续对社会经济政策的某些方面进行调整。

During the golden times ,the U.S.government enforced the economic policy of allowing unrestrained political and economic reasons.On the one hand,the policy accelerated the quick development of the national economy;on the other hand,it brought some kickbacks.It resulted in some turbulence to the society and weakened the foundation of the further development of the country.In the transition from free capitalism to the monopolized capitalism,the policy of the allowing unrestrained freedom lost its social base of existence.The U.S. government had to make new economic policies to accelerate the development of the economy of the country.
