改革高校教学模式 培养创新人才

REFORM THE TEACHING MODEL CULTIVATE THE INNOVATIVE TALENTS

我国现行的高校教学模式仍然保留着几十年前的“苏式”特征 ,不利于培养创新人才 ,必须进行改革。应该按照培养创新人才的素质需求 ,调整教育目标 ,更新教学内容 ,改进教学方法 ,强化素质评估 。

The present teaching model of institutions of higher learning in China should be reformed because it still carries the characteristics of former Soviet Union model,the one which was once popular several decades ago,and it is harmful to the cultivation of talents who can make innovations.In accordance with the requirements of quality for cultivating talents who can make innovations,we should modify our teaching objectives,renew the old-fashioned teaching contents,improve teaching methods and intensify the evaluation of quality,so that a new teaching model beneficial to the cultivation of talents who can make innovations can be constructed scientifically.
