摘要
进行新闻策划、参与媒体联动、适当组织社会活动是媒体提高产品质量、履行社会职能的良方 ;准确的市场定位、高素质的人员形象、高品质的广告宣传是高明的经营策略。当然 ,新闻媒体必须学会规避在运作过程中遇到的法律、经济、传播负效应风险 ,在激烈的竞争中抵御风浪 ,立于不败之地。
Undertaking news planning, taking part in the joint activities of different media and organizing proper social activities are good ways to improve product quality and perform their social functions. An accurate location in the market, competent staff and advertisement of high quality are brilliant managerial strategies. However, the media must learn to avoid the risks of the legal, economic and propagating negative effects confronted during the process of operation so that they can survive in the fierce competition.
