行政立法是政府职能强化的必然产物。完善的行政立法监督机制可以有效地防止行政权力的扩张 ,维护人民的权益和法制的统一。完善我国行政立法的三种监督途径为 :人大监督、行政监督、司法监督 ,特别是司法监督有其存在的必要性和可能性。

Administration legislation is an inevitable product to stressthen the govermental function. A perfect system of supervision for adminstration legislation can effectively prohibit the extend of administrative authority and protect the people's right and unity of legal system. There are there ways to rectify adminstrative legislation: the People's Congressional supervision adiministrative supervision, judical supervision, especially judical supervision will be existed necessarily and probability.
