摘要
文章讨论了体育教师教学监控能力的重要性，认为体育教学监控能力是体育教师顺利完成教学任务、提高教学质量的保证。在此基础上，提出了六条培养体育教师教学监控能力的途径：一、认真计划与周密准备；二、加强课堂组织与管理；三、科学安排教材内容的呈现顺序；四、重视言语和非言语的沟通；五、重视学生进步程度的评估；六、反省与评价体育教学。
This paper discusses the significance of teaching monitor ability for P. E. Teachers. The author points out that teaching monitor ability is a guarantee for P. E. teachers to accomplish teaching tasks and enhance teaching quality. In order to improve teaching monitor ability, P. E. Teachers should be able to make careful plans, strengthen management, scientifically arrange teaching materials, emphasize communication with students and continuously evaluate teaching effect.
