摘要
对氧化还原电位为1153~1165mV、pH2.21~2.27,含有效氯50.29~58.24mg/L的高氧化还原电位酸性水(简称EOW),进行载体浸泡定量杀菌效果检测及稳定性、腐蚀性测定。结果,EOW原液对布片上白色念珠菌作用3min,杀灭率达99.91%,作用20min的杀灭率为100%。小牛血清的存在,对其杀菌作用有一定影响。该液装于不透明塑料瓶中,置于 54℃温箱内存放 14 d, ORP值下降到 1147~1150mV,pH升至2.35~2.42。该液对不锈钢无腐蚀作用,对铜有轻度腐蚀作用,对碳钢和铝有中度腐蚀作用。
Carrier immersion quantitative germicidal efficacy test and examination of stability and corrosiveness of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW for short) with redox Potential (ORP) of 1153~1165 mV, pH 2.21 ~ 2.27 and available chlorine content of 50.29~58.24 mg / L were carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of Candida albicans on cloth strip exposed to EOW stock solution for 3 min and 20 min was 99.91 % and 100% respectively. Presence of calf serum had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. After storing this solution contained in opaque plastic bottle in 54℃ incubator for 14 days, its ORP value decreased to 1147 ~ 1150 mV and its PH value increased to 2.35~ 2.42. The EOW had no corrosive effect on stainless steel, slightly corrosive effect on copper and moderately corrosive effect on carbon steel and aluminum.
