微波对血浆中病毒灭活效果的试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 采用细胞感染法,试验观察了微波对血浆中病毒的灭活效果。结果,以微波加热50℃作用25min,可使106.25/mlTCID50的水泡性口炎病毒完全灭活,并且血浆感官形态不改变;而以水浴加热同样温度与作用时间时,则达不到完全灭活。微波消毒法可望用于对人血浆中病毒的灭活。 Cell infection method was used to observe experimentally the efficacy of microwave in inactivating virus in plasma. The results indicated that microwave heating to 50℃ for 25 min could inactivate completely 106.25 / ml TCID50 of vesicular stomatitis virus without change in appearance of plasma examined by sense organ, while heating by water bath to the same temperature for same duration could not result in complete inactivation. Microwave disinfection method can be expected to be used for inactivation of virus in human plasma.
