摘要
为了解高氧化还原电位酸性水(EOW)对胃镜的消毒作用,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与胃镜浸泡消毒试验。结果, EOW原液作用 10 min,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达 100%,作用 2min可破坏HBsAg抗原性; EOW原液连续对8条胃镜浸泡 1min,对胃镜表面细菌灭除率可达 100%,对其后浸泡的胃镜则达不到。因此,一桶EOW原液以消毒4~5条胃镜为宜。
In order to know the efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) with high redox potential in disinfecting gastroscope, suspension quantitative bactericidal test and gastroscope immersion disinfection test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtitis var. niger in suspension exposed to EOW stock solution for 10 min attained 100%. The EOW stock solution with a 2 minute contact time could destroy the HBsAg antigenicity. Continuous immersion of & gastroscopes in EOW stock solution for 1 min could eradicate 100% of the bacteria on the surface of gastroscopes, while subsequent immersion of gastroscope could not attain such efficacy. It is, therefore, suitable for one barrel of EOW stock solution to disinfect 4-5 gastroscopes.
