摘要
采用载体定量杀菌试验,检测含二氯异氰尿酸钠、十二烷基苯磷酸钠的复方消毒剂对结核杆菌的杀灭效果。结果,以含750 mg/L有效氯的该复方消毒剂溶液作用15 min,或以含500 mg/L有效氯者作用 20 min,对布片上无有机物保护的结核杆菌的杀灭率均达 100%。
Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to examine the efficacy of the compound disinfectant containing sodium dichloroisocyanurate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The results showed that the solution of the compound disifectant contaiming available chlorine 750 mg / L with a 15 minute contact time or the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg / L with a 20 minute contact time killed 100% of Mycobacterium tuberculosis without organic substance protection on cloth strip.
