青年高血压患者血浆C型利钠肽变化及吲哒帕胺对其影响

Young hypertension and plasma concentration of C-type natriuretic peptide

目的 :探讨青年高血压患者的血压与血浆 C型利钠肽 ( CNP)浓度的关系及吲哒帕胺对其影响。方法 :动态观察 4 6例青年 ～ 级高血压患者 (青年组 )的血压和服吲哒帕胺前后血浆 CNP浓度的变化 ,同时选3 6例非青年高血压 (非青年组 )和 3 0例正常人 (正常组 )做对照。结果 :青年组血浆 CNP显著低于非青年组 ( P <0 .0 0 1)。高血压患者 CNP显著低于正常人 ( P <0 .0 0 1)。血浆 CNP与血压呈负相关。结论 :高血压患者血浆 CNP较正常人低 ,青年高血压者血浆 CNP降低更甚 ,CNP参与血压的调节 ;吲哒帕胺有提升血浆

Objective:To study the correlation between blood pressure of young hypertension and plasma concentration of C type natriuretic peptide (CNP). Method:In fourty six Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree young hypertension patientsing, blood pressure were monitored and plasma concentration of CNP were determined before and after take indapamide. Thirty six non young hypertension and 30 normal adults were enrolled as contrast.Result:CNP of young patients were notably lower than that of non young (P< 0.001 ) and CNP of hypertension were notably lower than that of normal (P< 0.001 ). Furthermore, CNP of plasma was negative relevant to the level of blood pressure.Conclusion:Plasma CNP of hypertension is lower than that of normal and young hypertension patients have the lowest CNP.CNP probably adjust blood pressure. Indapamida can increase plasma CNP.
