得威血清口服液及其拆方组分抗衰老实验研究

Experimental Study on anti-aging Action of De wei serum oral liquid and its ingredients

目的 :考察得威血清口服液组方的合理性 ;方法 :观察该口服液及其拆方组分 (纯中药组、血清 +SOD组 )对体外大鼠肝匀浆自发性脂质过氧化及果蝇寿命的影响 ;结果 :该口服液在抑制MDA生成和延长果蝇寿命方面明显优于拆方的各组分 ;结论 :得威血清口服液有良好的延缓衰老作用 ,其组方是合理的。

Objective:To investigate the effe ct s of De Wei Serum Oral Liquid and its ingredients on anti-aging,and observe the compounded recipe rationality.Method:The ingredients included those for the comp lete prescription,those for the single herbs,those for serum plus SODs.The liver peroxidation was determined by thiobarbituric acid method.The drosophilliving te st was used to indicat the effect of anti-aging.Results:It showed that though at tenuation liver peroxidation and prolongation drosophila living was found in all the groups ,the effect of the complete prescription was the strongest.conclusio ns:It proved that the prescription is rationality.De wei serum oral liquid is be neficial in retarding aging process.
