反复输血对大肠癌患者预后的影响

目的 :探讨反复输血与大肠癌术后复发 /转移的关系 ;方法 :将 72例行标准大肠癌根治术患者进行分组对照研究 ;结果 :反复输血组术后复发 /转移率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;结论 :反复输血会提高大肠癌患者术后的复发 /转移率。因而在临床工作中应严格掌握输血适应证 ,尽可能减少输血量或采取成份输血 ,可有效降低复发 /转移率 ,延长生存时间 ,提高生存质量。

Objective:For probing into the re la tionship of repeatedly blood transfusion and relapse and metastasis after operat ion of large intestine cancer;Methods:72 sufferers of eliminate the scourge of l arge intestine cancer were seperately compared and researched;Results:The group of repeatedly blood transfusion clearly exceed compared group in the rate of re lapse and metastasis after operationp<0.01);Conclusion:repeatedly b lood transfusion can raise the rate of relapse and metastasis after operation.Fo r this reason,in clinical practice we should strictly master indication of blood transfusion.Try our best to decrease quantity of blood tansfusion that can redu ce validly the rate of relapse and metastasis and prolong time of existence and improve quality of existence.
